I was the Lead Designer when Colonial Tin Works, Inc. changed their name to CTW Home Collection. The shift in brand identity was from a primitive feel to a brighter, more French country and farmhouse feel.
The challenge was to create a new aesthetic sense without confusing our existing customers. I helped facilitate every part of the change, from the new logo design to updated product photography. I updated catalog layouts, changed our web address and company emails, updated call scripts, and created new advertising materials to make the change gradual and unobtrusive to our existing customers.
